In the morning of April 26, the second congress of CPC Hefei High-tech Business Incubator was held at Innovation Industrial Park. Fannong Meng, member of the Work Committee of High-tech Zone, attended the congress and gave a speech. The Work Committee Office of High-tech Zone, persons in charge of Party committees in enterprises, and members of the last Party committee attended the congress. Attendees listened to the work report delivered by the first committee of CPC Hefei High-tech Business Incubator. The second committee was elected by means of competitive election and secret ballot. Li Wang, the plant director of BIOHIT, was elected as the member of the second committee. 

Mr. Fannong Meng, on behalf of the Party Work Committee of the High-tech Zone, fully affirmed the work done by the first committee of CPC Hefei High-tech Business Incubator, extended congratulations to the newly-elected party committee members, and raised new expectations and requirements on the party committee. He urged the new party committee to focus on enterprises’ needs in innovation and entrepreneurship, start from a high position, innovate the work style, carry out work deployment by closely adhering to the guidelines and policies of the Party and the country, by closely following the decisions of the provincial and municipal governments and by closely focusing on the work objective and work task of the High-tech Zone, give full play to the role of the party organization as the fighting fort and the exemplary and vanguard role of party member, and ensure a significant enhancement of service awareness, professional level and work competence. Meng also called on the new party committee to have the flag of “characteristic party building in High-tech Business Incubator” fly higher, to make new contributions in developing the High-tech Business Incubator into a “leading pioneer park in central China and the top one in whole China” and in having the High-tech Zone “take the lead and rank among the top five”, and to welcome the convening of the 19^th Congress of CPC with excellent performance.
