Times flies! The New Year arrived again in a twinkling of an eye. The bustling 2016 has passed, and the promising 2017 has arrived. On January 9, 2017, the whole staff of BIOHIT, the representatives from the subsidiaries, the regional sales elites and leaders of BIOHIT got together joyfully to celebrate the new year.
At the beginning of the Conference, Li Wang, the plant director, reviewed the work done in 2017 and put forward a development plan for 2017. Yalu Cai, the vice-general manager, presented the progress of related public affairs in 2016, as well as the planning for 2017. Chunyu Hao, the sales director, gave a report on the sales performance in 2016 and the sales planning for 2017. Mr. Jun Ge, the R&D director, gave a detailed introduction of the progress of the R&D projects and the development plan for new products. Mr, Jin Hong, the chief engineer, briefed us on the R&D and upgrade of supporting instruments and thought on IOT construction. Mr. Ping’an Feng, representative of the partner units, and Ms. Yaya Wu, representative of the subsidiaries, also addressed the conference. Professor Changlong Wu, an expert of BIOHIT, read the congratulatory letters and blessings from Professor Osmo, president of Finland-based BIOHIT and academician of Finnish Academy of Engineering. In the end, Mr. Feng Liu, the founder, president and general manager of BIOHIT Hefei, shared with us the development of the company in the past three years, and plotted a blueprint for the company’s future development.
During the annual gathering, employees from all departments gave full play to their strong points to bring colorful performances of different forms for the audiences. Seve, a popular dance on the Internet, was chosen as the opening dance. With cheerful rhythm and energetic moves, it immediately sparked up the atmosphere. The sonorous martial arts performance given by the production department showed us the collision between forces and tenderness. The songs At the Moment by Jiang Yu from the franchise department, and The Hill by Jian Fang, the host, were a true demonstration of the singing skills that were completely comparable to those of professor singers, and won warm applause from the audiences. Without language programs, a gala could not be counted as a wonderful one. With abundant cyberwords and realistic plots, the short sketches Cellphone Syndrome Rehabilitation Center and Geomantic Goat and Big Big Wolf received immediate applause from audiences. The Legend of Light and Shadow by the photoelectric department, as well as Cinderella, a music drama, showed the audiences a difference humor, with their special forms of performance. My Endless Love for You, a combination of fashion show and singing, told us that R&D was not synonymous with tediousness. Such a magic R&D Victoria’s Secret Show won loud applause. The Blues Harp performance and the flute playing got the audiences completely immersed in the melodious music. My Future Is Not Just A Dream, a song jointly sung by the sales department, the marketing department and the franchise department, offered a musical feast to the audiences. Other songs such as The Show, Love Is To Be Won, Breakup Always Fall on Rainy Days, 999 Roses, A Retrospect and the rock song Solution showed us the versatility of employees, displayed the mental outlook of employees, and also motivated us to devote great efforts to have BIOHIT develop and grow.
Performances and lucky draws were given alternately. The draw of the fifth prize, the fourth prize, the third prize and the second prize pushed the gala to upsurges. In the end, the first prize was drawn by No.88, Ms. Rongju Sun, the person in charge of sanitation work.
Leaders of BIOHIT also had amiable interaction with employees, during which songs, applause and cheers rose one after another, pushing the gala to new climaxes and reflecting the great harmony of the BIOHIT family. Let’s work hand in hand with each other to create a better future for BIOHIT!
